The centre is smartly presented and comprises of 31 self contained office suites over two floors. The offices vary in size from 60 to 2,850 square feet.

Each office is let on a Licence Agreement with our moving in and out procedures made swift and simple. The flexible terms give peace of mind to licensees not wishing to commit themselves to a long term lease straight away, and allow their business to expand, according to their requirements by taking extra space.

The licence fees are payable every month in advance and are fully inclusive of the following:-

Caretakers are on duty every day and licensees have 24 hour access throughout the year. There are photocopying and facsimile services available at reception.
